Introduction

Welcome to TISA. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a disciplined, transparent, and career-focused learning environment for all students.

Eligibility & Admission

  • There is no age limit to enroll in our courses.
  • There is no specific educational qualification required.
  • Students from school, college, or any background are eligible to join.
  • Admission is confirmed only after completing the registration process and fee payment.

Demo Classes Policy

  • TISA provides up to one demo class free of cost.
  • These demo sessions are intended to help students understand the teaching style and course structure.
  • After completion of demo classes, students must enroll and register to continue attending further classes.

Course Enrollment & Fees

  • Students must complete the enrollment process and pay the applicable course fees to secure their admission.
  • A receipt will be provided for every payment transaction made to the institute.
  • In case of financial difficulty, students may request a fee payment plan in up to 3 installments (EMI), subject to approval.

Refund Policy

  • Fees are generally non-refundable once the course has started.
  • However, in exceptional circumstances (such as serious family issues or unforeseen tragedies), a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.

Class Timings & Attendance

  • Classes are conducted between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, depending on the assigned batch.
  • Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Poor attendance may affect learning outcomes and placement opportunities.

Mode of Learning

  • TISA primarily offers offline, classroom-based training.
  • We do not promote online classes or work-from-home training programs as part of our core offerings.

Assessments & Performance Tracking

  • Weekly tests and assessments are conducted every Saturday.
  • Student performance reports may be shared with parents/guardians via WhatsApp for progress tracking and transparency.

Code of Conduct

  • To maintain a professional and respectful environment:
  • Any involvement in fraudulent activities, misconduct, or behavior that disrupts the learning environment will not be tolerated.
  • Students found engaging in such activities may face immediate termination without refund.
  • All students are expected to maintain discipline and respect fellow students and faculty.

Placement Support

  • TISA provides career support services, including:
  • Mock tests and technical assessments
  • Interview preparation and viva sessions
  • Personality development training
  • Note: Placement support is provided; however, job placement is not guaranteed and depends on individual performance and market conditions.

Projects & Portfolio Development

  • Students will work on industry-relevant projects during the course.
  • TISA will assist in building a strong professional portfolio to enhance job opportunities.

Communication Policy

  • Important updates, test results, and performance reports may be shared via WhatsApp or other official communication channels.
  • Students are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

Changes to Terms

TISA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued enrollment implies acceptance of the updated terms.
